As well as manufacturing a specialist range of self adhesive labels for a wide variety of applications, we are able to offer dedicated software systems, software support, artwork production - in our fully equipped studio and a complete small order service - able to dispatch stock items for next day delivery.
What we do
Studio Services
This modern fully equipped facility offers a complete in-house pre-press production service. We use Industry Standard software to generate artwork for supplied designs and to create bespoke designs for everything from Corporate branding to photograph quality product labelling.
Software Services
In-house software authoring providing fully featured solutions for labelling for supply and carriage as well as fully CLP/GHS compliant SDS generation software. Create and design any Supply, Carriage or combination label as well as Safety Data Sheets. English only, 12 or 22 language versions all available. Full label design functions. Add Barcodes, Batch numbers, Company logo's etc. All software is fully compliant with Windows™ based systems and printers and drivers including Windows 7.
Computer Services
TEC and Citizen thermal printers. Ribbons available in either scratchless (resin) or lower grade smearless (wax/resin) finish. Additional thermal printer ribbons suitable for use with the following thermal printers can be supplied: Sato, Zebra, Eltron, Intermac, Datamax and Easy Coder. Full printer set up and support is available.
Bureau Services
Providing a convenient and economic printing service for small quantities (<1000 labels) of compliant labels, normally with a 24 hour turnaround time. Standard templates include a complete range of supply, carriage labels compliant with all current UK and EC legislation. Barcode labels are available in most common formats. An overprinting service is also available to complete partially pre-printed labels to your own corporate style (subject to minimum order quantities).
Engineering services
Dedicated, separate, light engineering service offers full maintenance support to our factory production team. Also available for a range of engineering products from label chutes to hazchem panel holders and bespoke orders.
Stock Xpress
A true one stop shop for limited quantity orders for the following products:- Warning Diamonds and Marine Pollutant labels, Pipeline Identification Tapes, Thermal Printer consumables, Vehicle Marking Panels for hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Transport Documents including Instructions in Writing with DGN and SSN, Handling and Shipping Labels, Laboratory Marking Tapes.
